Most companies don't have a software problem; they have a handover problem. Sales enters an order, planning re-types it into a spreadsheet, logistics gets an email, finance finds out at month-end.

A manufacturer ran assembly planning, shift plans, logistics data and order management in a web of Excel files, VBA and email. Migrated step by step into web tools on one database, hosted in the cloud, used daily by planners and the shop floor. Orders, planning, shift plans and logistics now share one database, so a change in one is visible in all — and every change is tracked, which is what made the AI layer possible afterwards.
