We pick one process with you. We sit with the people who run it, take the data from your software, and write down every step. At the end you know what the process costs you today, in hours and euros. You know where the time goes and where the mistakes come from. You get a list of what a tool could do instead, sorted by how much it saves. And you get an offer for step 2, worked out with your own numbers.

- STEP 2 · FIX AND BUILD
We fix the process and build the tools
Comes after the Scan.
We work out the better process with your team. Fewer steps, clear rules for who does what, and one place for the data. Then we build the AI tools that do the dull parts. They read documents, type in data, check numbers and prepare reports. They connect to the software you already have. Your team tests them, and we change them until they work.

- STEP 3 · KEEP IT RUNNING
We keep it running
If you want us to.
Your business changes. New products, new suppliers, new people. We keep the tools up to date, take on the next process when you are ready, and send you one report a month. It says what ran, what it saved, and what to fix next.

Questions people ask

Which process should we start with?
The one that causes the most trouble. Usually that is where people type the same thing twice, where mistakes are found late, or where adding up the month takes a week. If you are not sure, tell us what you have and we help you pick. Common first processes are taking orders, checking bills, buying, counting stock, shipping and the monthly reports.

What do we have to give you for the Scan?
Time with the people who run the process, about an hour a week each. The data from the software involved, as files. That can be your business software, your warehouse or transport system, or the spreadsheets that do the job today. And one person on your side who can answer questions and open doors.

What if you find nothing?
Then you know the process is in good shape, and it cost you a few thousand euros to find that out. In our experience, a process that grew over the years without a plan always has something to find.

Do we need new software?
No. The Scan needs no software at all. The tools in step 2 connect to what you already have. Your business software, your warehouse or transport system, your spreadsheets. Your IT team gets a one-page description of how it works before we start.

What is an "AI tool", in plain words?
A computer program that reads a document or a table, understands what it says, does the next step, and writes down what it did and why. It uses the same kind of AI as a chatbot, but with strict rules and a check on every number. It is like a very patient helper who never gets tired and never skips a step.

Is AI not something for big companies?
It used to be. It is now the other way round. A large company has to fit AI around systems built decades ago, which takes years and a lot of money. You do not have that problem. A company your size can put AI into the way it works from the start, and change it again next year if the business changes. Being small is the advantage here.

We are a small company. Is this for us?
Probably yes, if you have at least one process that clearly causes trouble and some data behind it. We work in short steps with fixed prices for exactly that reason. You do not need an IT department, and you do not need a two-year project.

How much will this actually save us?
We do not know yet, and we will not quote you a percentage before we have seen your data. That is the whole point of the Scan: you get a number worked out from your own hours, your own mistakes and your own bills, not from someone else's case study. If that number is too small to be worth acting on, we tell you, and you stop there.

Can we skip the Scan and go straight to building?
No. The Scan tells both of us if there is enough to gain to make step 2 worth it. We would rather lose a project than build something that does not pay for itself.

Where are you, and what languages do you speak?
We work from Luxembourg, Madrid and Miami, mostly online, and we come to your site when it helps. We speak English, German, Spanish and French, so most of Europe and the Americas are an easy fit.
