Who it's for

Who this is for, and who it is not for

We work with one kind of company: owner-run, and making, moving, selling or servicing physical goods. Some come to us because they grew faster than their processes. Some because those processes cost too much to run. Here is how to tell if you are a good fit. If you are not sure, send us a message and we will tell you.

A good fit

A good fit looks like this

  • Your revenue has grown faster than the office behind it. What worked two years ago now leaks.
  • Or the opposite: volumes are steady, but the work runs the way it did ten years ago and costs too much.
  • You are a small or mid-sized company, with roughly 20 to 500 people.
  • You make, move, sell or service physical goods. A factory, a logistics company, a wholesaler, an online shop, a repair or maintenance business.
  • You have business software for orders, your warehouse or your trucks, but a lot of work still happens in spreadsheets, emails and people's heads.
  • At least one process clearly causes trouble. Orders, planning, buying, stock, shipping, bills or the monthly numbers.
  • The owner or the management team can say yes, and wants to see a result within a few weeks.

Three or four of these are enough. All seven is rare.

Industries

The industries we know, best first

  1. Manufacturers

Taking orders, planning production, buying parts, quality checks, shipping papers. Many steps, many people, a lot of paper.

  2. Logistics companies, freight forwarders and warehouses

Bookings, shipping, proof that goods arrived, bills from carriers, bills to customers. Many small jobs, and the small mistakes add up.

  3. Wholesalers and distributors

Thousands of orders, many suppliers, and a small profit on each sale. Prices, stock levels and late orders live in too many places.

  4. Online shops and retailers

Returns, stock in the shop and online, shipping costs, customer service. Everything moves fast, and every step done by hand costs money.

  5. Service, repair and maintenance businesses

Jobs on customer sites, with hours, parts and subcontractors attached. It is easy for a finished job to be closed before anyone sends the bill.

Who should write

Who in your company should write to us

The owner or managing director
You want the company to run without you in every detail, and you want to see the result in numbers.
The head of finance
You want correct numbers on time, less work by hand at the end of the month, and to know what each order, customer or product really costs.
The head of operations, logistics or production
You know where the work gets stuck. We give you the process and the tool to fix it, without a two-year IT project.
IT
You get a one-page description of how the tool works before anyone asks you to change anything. We build on the software you already have.

Not a fit

When we are not the right choice

We will tell you this in our first reply, so nobody wastes time.

  • You want a general plan for AI in your company, and not one process fixed.
  • Nobody can spare about an hour a week to answer our questions and test what we build.
  • The process you want to fix has no data at all. No software, no files, only paper.
  • You need a big team at your site for months. We are three people, and we do short projects.
  • You want to buy ready-made software. We build tools to fit your process, and we do not sell a product.
  • The real decision sits with a parent company we would never get to speak to.

If you do fit, the next step is the Process Scan. It takes 2 to 3 weeks, has a fixed price, and gives you a number at the end.
